Dr. Khalil Ahmed Channa

Dr. Khalil Ahmed Channa is an accomplished academic leader and consultant with a global vision for transforming education and human capital. Holding a PhD in Management from the University of Edinburgh and advanced degrees from Lancaster, IBA and Wigan and Leigh, he combines rigorous scholarship with practical expertise in HRM, strategic management, and educator development.

With international academic, research, training and development experience in the England, Scotland, Malaysia, and Pakistan, Dr. Channa has led major training projects, corporate HR initiatives, and faculty development programs. His work spans teacher training, corporate leadership development, recruitment services, and student skill enhancement, international accreditations, and postgraduate teaching and academic research supervisions all aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.

As Founding Director and CEO of Talent Edge Global, he drives innovation in testing, recruitment, training, and policy advisory, positioning TEG as a catalyst for institutional excellence and inclusive growth. His leadership reflects a lifelong commitment to empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

MR. SHOUKAT ALI

Shoukat Ali is a seasoned People Management professional with over 15 years of experience in higher education and development sectors. He has previously held senior HR leadership positions at various organizations, where he led strategic initiatives in HR planning, policy formulation, workforce development, and digital transformation through ERP-based systems. Mr. Abbasi holds an MSc in Human Resource Management (Distinction) from the University of Sussex, UK, and an MSc in Public Administration from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. His professional expertise spans strategic HR management, organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership training, contributing to building effective, progressive, and high-performing academic institutions.
